Go to the store's website and click the Account icon (or visit their specific returns portal, usually linked in the footer). Enter your email to receive a 6-digit login code.

Select the Order & Items
Find the order containing the item you want to send back. Select the specific items and choose a Return Reason (e.g., "Wrong size", "Damaged").

Submit the Request
Under 1 minute
Click Request Return. The store owner will review it based on their policy.

Ship it Back
Timing varies
Once approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label (if the store provides one).
